ever since my reinstal of windows, because my sister downloaded some viruses, i have not been able to instal some apps/software, like itunes, my printer software, some games, and various other stuff. Or i can instal some of the apps, but then they will not work properly. is this due to a mess up on windows part during the instalation? Can it be fixed? thanks for your help
They don't happen to hang at the "Registering modules..." screen, do they? It sounds to me like something important in Windows has become corrupted. The easiest way would just be to reformat the machine and see if it still appears. If so, try another disc.
