Well, I have WinXP SP2 and I have installed Windows Blinds...

But if I load a skin (no matter if its a default skin or downloaded one), the start menu and the windows pannel set to "Windows classic" appearance and only the open windows change to the skin I have chosen.

Somebody knows where could be the problem?

    thanks a lot!
