I know this may sound newb but I want to double check with others. I know what I think but my boss thinks otherwise.

So does wireless turn on before you connect to your account on a domain?

I've always been under the impression that it's not the same as a wired connection and that each account connects after the profile has been given access...

wireless does connect before the you login if you've in range of a network set to automically connect very useful or you wouldn't be able to run login scripts etc.

It does if windows is handling your wireless connection.

See that's the thing it's set for windows to handle it and not the intel utility... But for some reason it doesn't want to auto connect to the network...

I think I fixed it... I think it had something to do with RDP locator...

yeah it does auto connect which is well useful as i manage some laptops which logon to a domain wirelessly so if the wireless connection wasn't intiated until they have logged on there is no way they could log in!
