I have an old Casio/B.O.S.S. SF-7500 looks like the inside screen crack and there is the black ink in there. Is this fixable or is it dead?

The blank "ink" is the "Liquid" bit of the Liquid Crystal Display leaking out. It's fixable in as much as you can likely replace the screen if you can A) source a new screen B) Open up the unit C) Replace it D) Reassemble. Might be cheaper / easier just to source a whole new unit

No way to fix a cracked LCD though

    thank you for the reply

I didn't really think it was ink, just didn't know the technical term. So learned something new. I kind of figured it would be easier and cheaper to just find a used on eBay or Craigslist. Or a cheap PDA at a pawn shop.

Even if you could find a screen to replace it with it would probably be uneconomically expensive compared to how much use it would be. In fact you could probably pick up a whole new unit for less on eBay.
