my old mobo was a gigabyte p55m for an intel 750 and my new mobo is an ASUS maximus 4 Extreme Z-68 for an intel 2500k
There's your blue screen right there. Fresh install for you mate. You can't take an old install from one chipset to a different chipset without problems.
