Wont Recognize USB Mass Storage Devices

    This stupid thing wont recognize my external hard rive or my flash drive, and it did not an hour ago and nothing weird has happened in between, it will say it installed and all that BS but wont show in my computer.

    Edit: Heres the error it ges in device manager:
    Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

    I havent touched the registry!!! :wallbash:

    Have you tried accessing it through the Computer management to format it?
