How do you know my job isn't to prevent serious crime, such as you getting a hiding at work? You don't, do you?

I wouldn't say Nexxo was harsh at all, infact i'm surprised OP doesn't find his words 'obvious'.

.....I'm shocked that you even let someone move in without giving you a penny or concrete evidence of anything? OF COURSE freeloaders talk the talk - that's why they are freeloaders!

Seriously....take responsibility for your actions and realise not everyone thinks like you - there's a reason just about every landlord in the country is paranoid as a schizophrenic stoner.

No, you must read that thread....again. Not everyone has the balls to tell the whole world their number of sexual partners, age, time of occurances and all manner of personal things that may seem cringe worthy when looked upon after a period of time passing.

Once you have the baby and the teenage mum you probably get to stay in a hotel somewhere for free for a while though.

 

Evo, I do work in benefits... if he's legally bound to pay that as "rent" so to speak you can ask the council to consider ANY benefits to go directly to yourself providing he is eight weeks in arrears. Supply proof of any reciepts ect showing his arrears and then forward it on, might take them 2 weeks to let you know, but you'll know.

Amusingly just done a claim like that ...
