I'd feel sorry for you all, but I'm too busy lazing around, having a coffee and eggs benedict for a late breakfast, and then a busy day of nothing much to do.
I did Sundays for 6 years at various places, the pay made up for it! 1.5x pay at Tesco and Orange and £50 Sunday bonus @ O2
I worked Wends-Thurs-Friday-Saturday-Sunday 2PM to 10PM (Closing shift) for 6 months..... worst work experience I've ever had....
im on the morning shift today. i drive a tow druck. 6 am to 2 pm. fun. i changed a tire this morning. well, tried to. note for anyone with aluminum rims. rotate them! couldnt get the tire off the car. called for help. two of us couldnt do it. eventually just plugged the hole and told the guy to take it to a shop. just sitting and waiting now. reading bit tech.
Been at work since 10, nice easy relaxed day, prefer working sundays to any days during the week. Sam
Just wondering, why would you guys not want to work weekends? Wouldn't it be better to have days in the week off, when it's quieter for shopping etc. The only good thing about weekends is the TV. Unless you work in Retail, then it sucks to be you.
