People always do crazy things to mini's, be they the classic shape or the new bmw ones. Never understood it myself, but whatever my view point is, I can't deny, that thing is rapid!

The classic Minis do have more character by far. But that is some seriously tuned hardware there. That much horsepower in a package that small... scary!

That is crazy but i'd prefer this one:

Engines in the rear, and chain driven mostlikely to the rear wheels, gets my heart racing!

impressive for FWD. still, i'd rather have a motorcycle engined RWD old mini :thumb:

650hp in a mini and you've got 2 choices - hit the tree head-first, or hit the tree backwards.

I'd rather have one of those mad v8 mini's, or maybe (for a little more practicality), one of those mad VTEC Honda Engines in the front. :D

How about a rear mounted supercharged vtec, in a classic mini pushing 400BHP? :D

Reminds me, there was a clubman on ebay with a cooper s engine in the front and the rear, its wheels bolted so they were completely outside the bodwork, it was up on bricks and nothing was bolted in, the owner claiming 'a weekends work to finish'.

There's a twin engined nova, running around 500bhp per lump that does 8 second runs when they can get it to change gear lol. Google the "boost beast" if you're interested.

That mini will most likely go apesh*t if it HEARS the word "corner"... i reckon it could be faster, if they could keep the nose down on pullaway.
those horses in that weight should make for a bit quicker times... but FWD = less than ideal in a straight line with lots of horses...

Ditto. Zcar's hayabusa engined minis are insane.

I can't stand the new minis.
