http://kotaku.com/gaming/clips/lowl...3-press-con-starring-jamie-kennedy-279846.php Ugh, this guys is a ****. He basically gets up in front of all the developers and designers at E3 and then insults and stumbles through the event he is supposed to be hosting. Best bit? When he calls everyone a virgin. I was so happy to see Locki, the British guy from Splash Damage, mock the guy back. I met him not long ago for the the Quake Wars preview on the site and hes a really cool guy. Press events hosted by celebrities are always awful. I remember at Ubidays when the french host asked if casual games were designed to be addictive and would just not let the point drop.
I saw that last night, cringe worthy, everyone looked at him like he was high. Commenting over the videos aswell was stupid.
Glad to see that being dumb and having no talent can still get you work. No one should be unemployed based on this guys abilities. Scraping the barrel doesn't even begin to describe this guy. Then again I'm not American so maybe it's funny in USA.
He did a TV show called the Jamie Kennedy Experiment, I watched one or two and it was OK, but it seems like he's completely stoned now.
Maybe he was just pissed E3 aint what it used to be? Nah. he was deffinately not funny at all. I may have smiled a bit at "Wasn't Neversoft the original name for Viagra" but apart from that I wasn't sure if he was actually trying to make jokes, or just talking. Drunk? Stoned? Probably, Comedian? nope.
I don't think I've ever seen such an imbecile on stage. Locki(and the audience) really gave him what he deserved. ...And the guy at the end who said "I want to bring up now a...real man.". H.B.
Why is it that British people who stay in America for long periods of time end up sounding Australian, like the one who mocked him back?
No, I'm American and I didn't find it very funny. From the looks of it, the audience wasn't very impressed, either. Then again, I've never understood why Jamie Kennedy was ever popular in the first place. -monkey
Well, that went well... Someone had been enjoying himself a bit too much in the Green Room... and had not prepared his material. I don't think he could radiate any more stoned indifference if he were a cold, dead corpse.
