    Yeah, sure it would. PCI-E slots and cards are all backwards-compatible.

    Yup, should fit. PCI-E socket is correct, and there is nothing that blocks the card from fitting, that I see.

    Well, so long as your case won't get in the way. The 4870 X2 is longer than ATX boards; it'll stick out over the edge by about two inches (5cm) or so.
