I have been using logitech mice on and off for a very long time and sent them a email yesterday about the glide pads on my G9x and the response I got today was WOW as I thought I owuld take a chance "Thank you for contacting Logitech's Customer Care. We have arranged that your warranty replacement has been ordered at our warehouse. Usually it takes 24 to 48 hours from the time a warranty replacement has been ordered until it is shipped. The expected delivery time is 5-7 businessdays after the warranty replacement has been shipped. " Now that's what I call freggin awesome WELL DONE LOGITECH
Yep. You remember those G35s you sold me? They developed a whine in one ear. Logitech replaced them with brand new ones! Best.Company.Ever. I'll definitely be buying Logitech when it comes to peripherals.
new mouse? or just new pads? i've yet to contact logitech since all the logitech stuff i own are in excellent condition at the moment. fingers crossed i will not need to contact them.
WOW bud you should have told me I would have done that for you. Yeah this I think I will sticking with logitech for a long time and spread the word of how good they as people are so quick run companies down but these guys seem to be right up there with customer service
All I asked for was where to buy the glide pads and they are sending me some and they are so simple to replace and don't really want to do without this mouse to be honest. We have become big mates in CoD4
Hmm, I could do with new pads on my MX 3200 mouse... Logitech produce the bet mice ever as far as I'm concerned, especially the MX 3200. Just the right amount of buttons and ergonomically perfect (for me anyway).
Logitech are brilliant at replacing mouse pads. Ive always liked to use their mice to modify. When my last revolution mouse was sent off for artworking, i explained that i have their mice airbrushed, and you have to take pads off to take apart. They were interested in what i was doing and sent new pads. Ok, its no great expense, but they could of easily said tough, but they sent them in post and was very happy, this is good customer relations and it works, as i intend to carry on using their mice, ive still got to get a new darkfield mouse, for airbrushing, so i hope i can get pads as before. Well done Logitech.
Ive never had to deal with logitech warrenty, because ive never had any problems with them. Thats how it should be. Not have every single person say how good their service was once the product they just bought died on them.
Well i did have revolution fail on me, but cba with warranty, just bought another instead. The fast scroll thing stopped working, that i didnt really use anyway. Personally i wasnt refering to warranty, would be nice if someone reported on warranty returns as such.
I had an issue with an mx3000 and started a similar thread based on the amazing customer service I had from them. I will always recommend logitech in future. No aggro, just good service. Quick delivery and I didn't have to return the faulty mouse. Thumbs up logitech, it really makes a difference when you get a great service & a great product.
my g13 gaming pad at broken when i droped it and they had me send it back and sent me a 0whole new g13 gaming pad logitech is amazing with their rmas wish other companies were(powercolor )
My lad has the basic logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo and half the keys stopped working, quick phone call then emailed a scan of the receipt and 2 days later complete new set which was an upgrade too. Very impressed, the old mouse and receiver still work too
Nice, I just emailed them. My MX510 is showing some sort of bare metal where the feet used to be. I purchased it in 2004 but it is still the best mouse I've ever used.
