turned on my aego M today after work and i have the volume half way up on my apple mac book pro, then i would normally turn the sub dial up to just before half way, and enjoy my music and turn it up louder via the apple volume on my mac rather than cranking the dial/ however today i turn it on today and the sound only came out of the right channel unless..... i turn up the sub dial to pretty much full, then it seems to act as a balance control rather than a volume dial which is what it is suposed to be... i switch speakers around, they both work fine so its not them. i unplugged the cables and put them back in. still same problem. what the hell!! i cant rma this thing it would cost £20 to send it back , add that to the hassle. plus i dont have the email they send with details of purchase. so basically these are crap speakers that lasted about 4 weeks if that. i never abused them im not saying this is overclockers fault but honestly everything i have ever bought from there bar a web cam has broken on me.
What does the shop you bought it from matter? Do heaphones work from your pc? Other speakers? If it's faulty try an email to the manufacturer.
im not sure, they will need some sort of proof of purchase i would have though? will phone the manufacture tomorrow. headphones work fine.
