Following on from bulldogjeff's project http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=287558 I have decided, probably foolishly, to wrap a Coolermaster 110 which is winging it's way to me as I speak.

This is an unnecessary project but I have time on my hands and my missus wants an orange case, don't ask.

My problem will be that the CM 110 has fan or ventilation grills built in and wondered how I would wrap the case but also then exposing the many ventilation holes neatly?

I had a little play on the back of an old PU. Popping the holes out works but doesn't look so good.
The small slots , I would say use a scalpel or a small craft knife. You can buy scalpel sets in a lot of diy/ craft shops for under a tenner. I picked mine up in one of those sell everything type shops for 8 quid if my memory serves me right.. Just a shame i can't find it.:wallbash:

The CM is nice and square so it should be pretty easy to wrap it.

I do have scalpels due to my part time brain surgery work. But I will have a look on Ebay for inspiration. I think this will be a bit of a trial and error job.

If you can open a head , you'll be fine cutting a few holes on a case.

The good thing about wrap is it's easy to remove and reapply if it goes a bit wrong and it's pretty cheap. So even redoing the whole case again will only cost about a tenner.

My advice fella? Plastidip it. No worrying about holes etc then as the plastidip will just look perfect. It's what they use to dip cars/wheels, do badges etc. I did my 350z badge in the past.
