As the in the title, if so are they ok? I'm thinking of buying a pc case, it's unlikely I would have to return unless its damaged as it comes with no psu.
Microdirect is a great company my mate bought most of his pc from there BTW: what case are you getting?
ive used them before and didnt have a problem with them.... but nothing went wrong with the product so i cant really comment on the customer service
i bought supossedly a radeon 9550 vanilla from them before i got into the whole pc thing, under inspection of ati-tool it only has a 64-bit memory interface and so is the 9550SE, not pleased!!!!
bought from them before after seeing an advert, some of their items can be really cheap, and sometimes they can be really expensive. Look out for the cheap stuff.
Lived 15 mins down the road from them for 4 years, where i bought most of my stuff. Decent people, very human in store service.
In the past (3 years+?) they reportedly had issues with customer service but AFAIK they're decent enough now.
Brought well over £3ks worth of stuff from them in the last 2 years. Even when a gpu I brought was DOA there customer service was very helpful. I'd highly recomend them.
They are one of my favourite places to buy stuff. I have a corporate account with them and a personal one too. They handle both really well.
Ordered my case from them, arrived promptly in perfect condition and was for a very good price. Recommended
bought a x700pro from them. picked up the oem one. was last in stock that day. they couldnt find it for some reason, so manager gave me a gigabyte retail one for the same price (knocked £20 off the price of it) ive bought plenty of stuff from them over the years and only have ever had problems with hard drives (2 so far) which were replaced the same day i went down.
Well it looks like i'm the bad apple of the bunch - been instore a few times, they've been very unhelpful on the phone and generally very snooty. Good prices and conveniently placed in Manchester though good if you can get there cheaper than delivery, as some of their stuff works out cheaper than e-buyer and the likes once you've finished.
I've been a good customer of theirs for a good few years, started off buying most of my pc kit from them when i was younger, just getting into the modding scene, then as time progressed I got a trade account and have spent a good £10k with them for friends, family, work colleagues computers, they're generally a kewl bunch of people apart from a slect group of noob elitists (you know the type, the sort of people that must give you advice and you must like it even though they don't have a clue). But yeah, web-side they are very friendly, very fast RMAs, generally good prices and most of them are very nice in store.
Another bad apple here..... Sent me a CRT instead of a computer case? Your best bet is to check out the retailer trust over at Hexus....http://users.hexus.net/companies_list.php If 3 outa 5 is good ?? Don't forget "you dont know what you don't know" thats the same for customer satisfaction.... Matty
