I was googling around to see if Creative had ever gotten round to releasing X-fi drivers for linux and I see the 64 bit flavor on their website, but for 32 bit they recommend a company called 4front technologies, which claims to have working 32 bit drivers. I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten it to work and where you finally found them.

UPDATE: I found and installed the package, but is still doesn't see the X-fi. Not sure where to go next.

I do know this much though, I'll not be buying another Creative sound card. This one has been a PITA regardless of which OS I've used it with.
