Im in Beijing right now and was planning on going to Harbin but we have run out of time I will have to do it next time instead. There are lots of these ice festivals around all of China, however Harbin is the main one and built on the largest scale. Theres one here in Beijing but very small and not as impresive.
The music on that video was cheese. pure cheese looks like a cool festival, i bet there wasnt to many hippies there out of their face
