    Depends. If you mean "how long until liquid nitrogen cooling is mainstream?", then never TBH. If you mean "how long until this level of power is mainstream?", probably a couple of years, tops.

    Heh, LN2 is cheaper than milk, the container it comes in is the most expensive part since you have to put a deposit on it usually. It's pretty safe too if you're not stupid with it, don't drink it though, your lungs explode.

    Although I still think they should use liquid helium, but that has a tendancy to explode...and by explosion I mean big ass explosion.

    first off that ****ing crazy and UBER cool (no pun intended) and i sooo wanna try that...lol if only i could afford the hardware

    actually i have an idea :idea:...i wonder why its never occured to me that i can get easy access to LN2 <insert evil sadistic laugh> and a conatiner....what about having a spray nozzle that sprays LN2 onto your cooler whe it reaches a temperature threshold like the N2O spray system you can get for car intercoolers

    u can tell ati lent a hand, normall when people kool with LN they bust a record and then the entire board is covered in ice about 5 minutes later. Thats the cleanest setup that i've seen. Good on um.

    I got a Nice 4460 on 3D Marks 06 with my RADEON X1800 XT (POWERCOLOR), AMD X2 4400+, 1GIG GEIL ONE 1.5CAS....

    But that is just insane, and I counld not stand the burning smell while gaming lol....
