Graphics X1900XT Problems

When i first got this comp after a month i ran a 3dmark05 and scored around 10800 ish. I then unlocked ATI overdrive and decided i would crank it up a bit as the temps were quite low and i was in a fiddling mood.

Graphics Processor: requested 652MHz (current 500)
Graphics Memory: requested 779MHz (current 594)

This is higher than what it originally was before i unlocked yet i 3dmarked it again and scored 10115

I cant seem to push it up at all from that.

Any ideas?

 

I personally don't take 3dmark into tooo much importance, i would try gaming on some games like FEAR, farcry, etc and see how the performance fairs.

 

Did you reboot after the first run? Back the clocks off a little and try again

 

check out my ati overclocking guide , don't use POverdrive to overclock, it slackens the memory timings.... btw, put VDDCI voltage on the max.
