    well, thinking quickly P35.
    I think that is almost the same relations that had the intel previous generation chipsets: 965 vrs. 975.
    Intel make greats midrange northbrige, and make little bit higher northbrige for much more higher prices and those are highrange northbrige like x38 and sooner x48
    Now i have in my hands a Foxconn Mars with P35 and its a deliciuos tool for overclock

    if i was spending that much i'd go for the x38 board. but i wouldn't spend that much - p35 boards are awesome because they are dirt cheap, don't go buying an expensive one.
