mid march i ordered from xoxide
they said they would ship out within 1-2 business days, and i didnt get the set email untill a week and a half later
the shipment got lost in post and so they resent it 30 days after shipping
then i got it UPS when i ordered USPS shipping, and UPS wanted another $40 (70%) in brokerage COD. wtf?
so i declined it and told the zealots to ship USPS this time like the invoices said, and like i had ordered.
so they resent it and i got my package about a week later
2 120mm red LED fans were in my order, what did i get? 2 80mm red LED fans
    WTF XOXIDE?!?!1
so now they are resending 120mm red led fans

am i just getting one hell of a trip here or what, 2 months later i still dont have my crap
damn im never ordering from xoxide again.

the way i see it, you should get 100% refund if you have to talk to a company more than twice on the phone just to sort out a 3 product order. (and have to wait more than 2 months to get it)

Well I can't speak for the US or Canada but in this country (Scotland) and the whole of the UK, the sale and supply of goods act states that you are entitled to a refund or replacement (customer's choice) if a product is not as described, not fit for purpose, or damaged in any way.

And i do quote "Unsolicited Goods?

If a company decide to send you goods that you havent ordered, asked for, or paid for, then you have the right to treat them as if they are your own.

You can keep them, throw them away, give them away, sell them...OR MOD THEM! :dremel: "

and in true fashion *I TOLD YA SO!*

well, at least thats the UK thing for it..

Don't try to keep the 80mm fans like they belong to you. They don't. That would in no way be considered "unsolicited goods". What they are, is an error in your order. Although the company is required to fulfill your order as agreed, you have no right to keep the goods they sent in error.

Unsolicited goods are items you have received from a company you have placed no order with, nor had any contact with concerning the purchase of any items. If I sent you a rug and then asked you to pay for it, you have no obligation to pay for it or return the rug. However, if you ordered a 4X6 rug from me and I sent you a 3X5 rug instead, I must send you a 4X6 rug and you must return the rug I sent in error -- and I should reimburse your shipping costs to return the smaller rug.

It's unfortunate that Xoxide messed up your order. They have been in business a while and have an excellent rating. Perhaps this was an isolated instance and contacting them will help clear up this mess. I'm sure they would be anxious to turn you into a satisfied customer, if you'll give them the opportunity to respond to your criticisms. They may, in fact, offer to let you keep the 80mm fans as a consolation. But please don't take it upon yourself to take advantage of an honest mistake.

i understand what your saying, but it seems quite unfortunate that they would make so many mistakes on one order...
i thought perhaps tehre were others that had the same problem from them as did i
