    Is there a piece of freeware out there that will allow me to "Theme" XP? iv seen some but they all want me to pay. is there a freeware out there with customizable skins?

    how do i create skins for it? (im searching for documentation as well as asking)

    Probably with a LOT of photoshop. Thats how most skinning programs are. And the ones you pay for, like WindowBlinds, work great.

    not my question, i want to know how you create them, im used to making custom BMPs for web sites and skins but how would i go aobut creating a skin with this hack?
