I'm just down the road from samkiller, Bordon, and since the seals bust on my fox forks I have to ride the Bianchi in, and my tires are ultra thin. /facepalm/

just had a indoor snowball fight with my sister, i won, she missed twice while i got her once

 

Deepest snow I've seen for a long time (3-4 inches) here in London.

 

I want snow >.<

 

Snow sucks, I am not cycling in on that stuff so I have to get a lift, I could've had an hour more sleep :'(

 

Me & Doug are tough as nails as we are trekking to work!

Now I gotta deal with is all the damn train delays....

 

Yeah, I've seen three cars slide down the hill on my road already today, I've been up for 30 mins!¬

 

Its offical its Russia's fault apparently all the snow is coming from there.

 

Edinburgh has a good layer of snow too - UK wide snowdemic! Woo!

 

An inch in Bucks here if the snow on the scaffolding outside my window is anything to go on.

 

**** it im not going in, most of all store and shopping centers are gonna be ghost towns. Ive given the go ahead for my store to be closed.

There's no point me traveling for 5 hours each way today.

 

Snowing around here. I trust the morning commute will be fun.

 

A CLK320 almost smashed into my window
Currently an arctic is trying to get out of my road to the hospital, the road has 8+ broken down cars, is very slippery, very steep...

 

I bought snow tires. Has only snowed once since then. unless you count last thursday but I dont because it turned to rain in the afternoon.
I think we have had enough of winter to be honest. I'm getting used to driving on pavement again.

 

There's 8 inches here, and it's settling as fast as I can clear it

I think I'll be doing my night shift from home tonight.

The other half's taken a trek to the station, to see if she can get into Liverpool St. - I hope it doesn't snow too much more, she might not be able to get home.

 

We have had several inches here at school! The journey last night to school took 2 1/2 hrs to do what should have been 1 hr The motorways were appalling. Already seen several people fall flat on their backs!

 

We are officially snowed in. Totally and completely. There is about a foot sitting on top of all the cars.




EDIT: Bear in mind, I'm in guildford. 25ish miles south of london. Ridiculous.

 

My girlfriend starts her new job today and already I've had to phoned up to say she will be late. 3/4 mile in 1/2 hour isn't good. Problem is that we live in a vally and trying to get up a hill with a 17% gradient is an impossibility. Seems that cars are getting stuck on the slightest slopes.

Got about 4" here, not usual for this area at all.
