Same and same! I once saw a beautiful hi-res voxel render someone had done of SDV and I promised I would buy it if it became a real game. The closest thing is Stonehearth and that is more of a strategy sim than an adventure game so it's not quite what I'm after.
Have you seen Re:Legend? The Kickstarter is due to start this month. As it's going to have co-op from the get-go I really want to play it!
I got Yonder today. Already five hours in and loving it. It's definitely not much like Stardew Valley though. It's more like the trading sub game in earlier Zelda games, with crafting and animals added in. I do really like it though and it's very pretty!
Can't edit posts on mobile due to a graphics glitch, but it's also on launch sale for £15.19 instead of regular price (£18.99 I think?) til the 24th.
