Fair enough. Although it's funny cause Glass is just as recyclable as alu cans, they arent a cheaper price :/ It's strange also, how you go from oz to litre, like we have everything metric here but still go in mph etc.
Humm Soda is deffo Mountain Dew. Its just sooo smoooooth in comparison to all others, The fizz is less harsh. Such a pitty we cant relly get it over here at least it makes it soo much better when i can get some Chocolate is between: Double Decker, Fruit 'n' Nut, Rasin Yorkie and those smarties bars aint too bad either! slater..
MOstly drink Robinsons fruit and barley (Orange) squash, But I'm partial to a nice ginger beer or tesco's own brand lemonade shady.... As for chocalate cadburys fingers but I prefer sweets, anything haribo especially maoam
Soda: (in order of preferance..) Mountain Dew (if I ever get some..) Jolt (again..) CHERRY Coke.... Irn Bru Choccy: Fry's turkish delight.... not properly choccy tho... so more bounty or twix..
I'll never forger the 1.25 litre glass bottles of Coca-Cola that we used to get in South Africa. I used to buy them in crates! The problem with glass vs. aluminium though is that it breaks, and it probably costs more? Also, they never used to 'recycle' glass bottles as the plastic ones or cans. They were returnable so they had to be cleaned etc. each time. In fact, one of my friends in South Africa got poisened a couple years ago because there was too much (whatever they use to clean the glass bottles) left inside, it wasn't properly rinsed before it was filled back up with Coke again
on the topic of mountain dew i e-mailed pepsi inc with a petition and stated my case and he said at the moment there are no plans to bring mountain dew to the uk however he forwarded the e-mail to the brand manager

Soda - Ooh loads, Irn Bru, Red Bull, Cherry Coke, Dr. Pepper, Orange or Citrus Lucozade... I don't have a favourite. Chocolate - Green & Black's Maya Gold ... my one true weakness

Yea, never understood that myself. Most everything here is imperial, but many times it will switch to metric. There actually used to be a combination of metric/standard road signs on the NY State Thruway a few years ago. It confused many people - one sign will say you are 20 miles from the next exit and the next sign says you are 30 kilometers.. You use MPH in you cars over there instead of KPH?
