As would I, but I live in the attic, which means it wouldn't fit under the slanted roof without being way, way below eye level.

No. He's the mutant half-breed they locked up there to stop issues occurring. Sadly they didn't account for Internet Access, so we're stuck with him!

There's a slanted ceiling in my room as well, but it starts more than 2/3rds of the way up the wall so it doesn't interfere with anything on my desk, which sits in a corner perpendicular to the slanted ceiling wall I'm actually considering a U3011, but I won't be making that decision until about the last weekend in August, for reasons that will be made clear closer to the time

 

You'll be buying your GT4 instead? Sod the U3011.. Get that damn GT4

Haha, I've been trying to get some shots of it, but because I've no tripod they're all coming out a bit well, normal. I wanted some longer exposures of them in different lighting.

Plus my desk is a state, well, it's non-existent. My chair is currently my bed with the duvet piled up.

Its a beige Compaq thing. Its terrible and ancient but I will tell you one thing its solid as a rock

 

All old Compaq things were shocking solid. The cases that housed things like the 486 felt like they were made of tank armour...

Hehe, I'm pretty sure I will be getting the monitor one way or another, but it will certainly have to wait. It's got more to do with where I'll be putting it (and in turn my old monitors) than anything else
