    Don't put it on the floor if you have carpet either! Unless you have very good intake filters or run a positive pressure setup, it's just as bad! One of my folding rigs used to run on the carpeted hall floor in my uni house and it was always full of dust. I have had my PC on my desk since it was anything other than a beige box. My file server runs on the floor of the workshop and needs the intake filters cleaned once every couple of months! Duss-ty!
