    Because otherwise there would be 0 difference between all the GFX cards out there
    Why do we even need another company to release a reference GFX card, hell why don't nvidia just sell direct <_<

    I'll wait and see if this is a quality brand, being new and all, but it looks somewhat promising :)

    It's all about warranty tbh, eVGA and BFG are so big because they have good warranties.

    Because there's money to be made selling ref. cards, and let's face it, nVidia have got their hands full just trying to make half-decent drivers and building the new GPU's.
