Haven't been able to find any comprehensive lists or anything such as that of current watercooling kits available. Was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of one or maybe even recommend a kit to look into. I'm mostly looking for a more simplistic kit since it would be my first one and is relatively easy to set up.

    Hi Lithran,

I would suggest you look at compaines such as:
    Scan.co.uk
    GHStech.co.uk
etc... - do a google search

I have a friend that uses the 3D Galaxy II [GH-WIU02] from Gigabyte and it seems very impressive.

You can read a bit about it here:
    http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=6986

Good luck and I hope this helps.

Maybe if you posted a little more about what you are trying to cool we could direct you to the most appropriate one?

Check out http://www.specialtech.co.uk/ , they have a good range of water cooling parts and kits.
Recently purchased some parts from the site, quick delivery and good service, no complaints here.

i was looking into this a couple months ago but decided to buy all the parts seperately so i had more flexiblity and this is what i ended up getting to cool my cpu and gpu.

    Swiftech MCP655 Pump
    D-Tek Fuzion CPU Block
    DD TYEE GPU block
    Thermalchill PA120.1 Rad
    1/2" OD Clearflex
    Dangerden Filport
    Dangerden Filport Res
    120mm Papst Fan

It works pretty good temps are pretty rock solid i hope this helps. Not sure if everything i got is readily available across the pond since i am in canada and we have a couple good online etailers for water cooling.

Swiftech has put together some pretty good parts to make a "kit". The instructions are good and they provide everything you need...

don't forget the actual coolant for the system i like the perfoamance of distilled / double dionised water with water wetter. It's worked real well for me.

The only think i might have changed here if you had the space is making the rad a Thermochill PA120.2 esp if you move up to a newer gfx that kicks out more heat.
The extra cooling power would allow you to turn down your fans even more.

Swiftech do probably make the best kits out there. There rads are beaten only by the Thermochills as far as i know.

I will also second specialtech - great range of products and great service.

    1. Funds were a bit tight
    2. i wanted to install it so that it matched the case well.

Thanks for all the help guys. Probably looking to cool my CPU and GPU but I'll probably determine that more once I really know what to look to and actual temperatures on everything. What would be the best way in going about determining how hot my system is running? I've heard of a couple things but im just looking for something simple right now.

The Gigabyte liquid-cooling kit also comes with splitters, which allow you to add more liquid-cooling products, such as a VGA liquid-cooling product.

Like you said, you are looking for simplicity.

Check here for more information on the product:
    http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/LiquidCooling/Default.aspx

It comes with everything you need, including the coolant, its also universal design, so it will fit Intel and AMD processors, but check CPU compatibility list before buying.

Do us a fav' Lee, and condense your sig into 4-5 lines? It helps keep the place tidy. Cheers :)

If you guys want, I can get the Gigabyte kit in for review.

It looks quite cheap and nasty to me - prove me wrong with a review! :)

I would only buy a complete kit from Swiftech, or maybe DangerDen. Those koolance, gigabyte, thermaltake and others are all quite crappy. It's best to pick the components seperately to get the best performance.

xspc are component based but offer kits.

as they are british designed and based there is no shipping or impoirt duty so they sell for a lot less than swifttech danger den ect and review very well.

watercooling shop does the x20 range and a extreme range you choose the bits you want.

I know lots of people how use some/all of their componenets and all say they would never pay more for swifttech/danger den ect again.

I think Swiftech/DD will do the best kits, simply because they're just their normal watercooling parts bundled together to make it easier to choose! :p

Just bought a Fuzion and EK 8800 GTS block, was gonna go all Swiftech but didn't fancy waiting or importing fromt he US, about to install it all now ^^.
I'd check out coolercases, some very very quick shipping, order before 3pm on a week day and you'll get it the next day (well I did anyways :p)

Shop around - you're looking at manufacturers, which means their kits won't be impartial.
If you want impartial kits containing the ranked-best-performing hardware, look to independant stores who bundle their own kits up out of components...
    eg: http://store.over-clock.com/prespec_kits.html
