I bought some stuff for about £40 and I chose RM 1st Class Recorded, as it was the cheapest one. After short pm to Yorkie the item has been sent by a next day delivery and 2 days later I've received full postage costs refund. So for someone who can't/doesn't want to wait any longer it might be a solution - not the most elegant, but it works. Thanks Yorkie.
not working for me. done all the steps but it still wants to charge me £5.99 for next day on a purchase over £100

Which option should I select at checkout - none seem to give me free delivery despite having my account linked and it saying I should get it on my basket the total doesn't change. If it's the citylink option I can make the order and send a PM with the number to get it refunded as the posts above me have done but I want to make sure I haven't missed anything obvious!
I would choose whatever says it will all be delivered on Tuesday, if its available, then PM me your order number and I will get the costs refunded via our accounts department.
