    I just have a heightened sense of innuendo... if there's a mucky way to interpret summat, you can bet I'll find it; however inappropriate.

    Fitted the waterblock to the 5700, and although officially the block doesn't support the factory backplate I only needed to make one tiny hole in the backplate, which is now covered by a screw head anyway.

    Also, although I thought I'd missed out on the offer, I got the DOOM Eternal key that was offered for a period by the retailer I bought from, so that's downloading too.

    Once the rest of the WC loop is in, I'll be back to slaying demons.

    Currently running on the questionable fan 480, which for a lot of games looks at QHD like I'm joking. I got 4 FPS in Hitman 2, with the 5700 I got near 60.

    Of all of the things I could possibly imagine happening right now clogging the toilet is probably what I fear the most. So what did I do?

    Panic set in. Then I calmed down after trying to fish for turds. It really wasn't pleasant at all. Any way, I got my hand as far as it would go and no dice. Starting raiding the cupboards, but we don't have a plunger which was what it really needed. Thankfully I did manage to find an old shower hose that made the perfect "hack" dyno rod. Or dyna rod or whatever it's called. That and some fisting finally unblocked it.

    Seriously, on any other forum that last sentence would've had a different build-up.

    Vodka is too easy to drink. I end up whoopsing too much and spending the next twelve hours trying to make a pollock painting using my stomach content.

    :dremel:
    Little trick for you in future;
    Take a mop, tie a carrier bag over the head of it and use it as a plunger.

    Works surprisingly well.:dremel:

    Can also try covering the top and edges of the toilet bowl in cling film such that it forms a seal, then press on the surface of the film in a pumping action.

    Most toilet clogs can be cleared with a bucket of water such as a 5 gallon pail. Fill with water, pour into block toilet. The trick is to pour from high enough that the force of the water can break apart the clog, but you don't want to splash or over fill the toilet. If the bowl fills and doesn't slowly drain back to normal level then you need the plunger or snake.

    Also time, the longer you can let it mellow the easier it usually is to clear. If you tried on or two buckets without luck, give it an hour and try again. Water helps soften and break down the material. This assume that you are dealing with normal waste and not 1lbs of flour a child has just dumped into the toilet.

    It's great stuff but the following day I always get "vodka eye", which appears the be the effects of dehydration.

    Scotch!

    Also that, at thirty two years old and having dropped some clangers in my.time, have not yet blocked a toilet such that I needed a plunger.
