Graphics 6GB EVGA GTX 980Ti SC ACX2 HELP! GPU wont go above 20-30%

Hello,

I have a huge problem with this card and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. I have tried other games and I have no issues.

It seems that the card is locking itself to 30% GPU power and is causing huge fps spikes, so my question is has anyone else experienced this and possibly help me fix this issue? Is there anyway to force the GPU to use more power whilst playing CS GO?

I have tried multiple drivers whilst using DDU to remove them as well and it still hasn't fixed the issue.

Any advice would be great thank you.
