Got it last night (£1.99) and it adds new levels, monsters and loads of new items! Basically expanding upon a massively fun and addictive game! Also the trailer for the expansion on steam is much more watchable than the monstrosity of a trailer for The Binding of Isaac! The latter was terrifying and didnt convey the fun of the game at all!
