bit-tech iPhone App

How about a Bit-tech iPhone/iPad App?

 

If there was Flash support I would be glad to do a free one for bit-tech... but I am not learning Objective Crap

 

As has been said a few times, we'd love to do one but would have to be able to show management that there was an audience for it first - so if you want one then just keep shouting about it!

Perhaps you should make a poll on it so that you have proper figures to show the powers that be.

Actually I want one, BUT for Windows Phone 7 and NOT for iPhone.
Imagine with the Hub section, wher eyou pick which type of news you want or the unread news or something. That would be very cool.
And to make everyone life easier, it can be made in Silverlight.

Because, I don't have one, and will never touch one. As Bit-tech can develop on any other phone using platform that are cross phone OS,. 1 application can be transfereed on any phone very easilly (except the iPhone).

As I am intrested in getting the Windows Phone 7 (as it solves all the issues that plague the iPhone), especially for the Zune Pass when it go live worldwide, why not suggets for that one, which can also be ported (as mentioned) to the Android and Blackberry eaislly.

 

Yeah, but the iPhone OS has got better market penetration than the Mystery Unreleased OS

 

Want some WebOS loving too if that's possible

 

I wouldn't mind an app for my HTC HD2. Would be très bien!! Although I think an iPhone app would be good as well, I mean how many people here visit the forums/website here on thier phone daily? I know I'm on here sometimes 10-20 times a day, often with Opera running in the background with the forums open.

I think an app would be a brilliant idea tbh!

Riiiiiight, like if looking bit-tech site on a print 2inch screen will be convienent. More like you'll turn 45 degree and see it on your large computer monitor.

Actually, come to thing about it, why not just use the cell phone web browser which are today much better (thanks Opera mini, Firefox mobile version, and IE 6 Mobile (IE8 for phones and Zune HD)), and save everyones time. I don't have a smartphone, but I am sure bit-tech will appear fine on it.
