Sophie Colette Baker was born today at 17:03. Baby in NICU and stable, going to see how breathing goes unassisted tomorrow. But so far so good

Thanks Guys. Another day passed and she continues to gain strengh and defy the odds. Mummy even manged a cuddle which has given her a huge morale boost I would like to share it with you guys as you are part of the journey now!

Besides, she is going to be a Bit-Techer when she is older......



A couple of things. Scans didn't show any sign of ovaries or testes, but Sophie has a uterus! So with that and what looks like female genitalia I feel we have made the right choice with pushing forward with a female sex.

They are going to have a proper look at the cleft pallet tomorow and her club feet and draw up some treatment plans. She also filled a stinky nappy today and can pee for england so thats good too
