Cooling Cooler Motherboard Backplate

I have a Titan Fenrir cooler which came without a backplate (ebay purchase...).

Although it's currently in use without a backplate using screws and wing nuts, I'm wondering if I will be able to use one of these plates to get a better fit..

As long as the back plate fits the socket it should be fine. I have mixed and matched all sorts of bits when I have managed to loose half of them.
