    I think he had a valid point ive never heard of either program, so why should i choose those over the ones i already know?

    For instance i currently use

    Defraggler
    I dont use recovery software on a regular basis but in the past ive used recuva.

    O&O doesn't really do anything better than defraggler unless you want real-time defrag which is a pain in the arse really.Plus Defraggler is balls to the wall speedy.

    I haven't got around to trying defraggler out, might do on the next re-install.

    Still, Kudos to the OP for finding some comercial stuff, gratis.
