Nah it's named after a galactic X-Ray source.

He does seem to like Astronomy, considering the name of his current project.

I never knew that Na'ir al Saif was another name for the star at the tip of Orion's sword (I blame my education :p). Curious that it, too, is a strong X-ray emitter.

    Wow.
I have looked at this before on MDPC but I saved the 60 page worklog till later (now).

Seeing the process that this build took impressed me greatly. I can't believe that you build an inner 'structure' that would win awards and then went on to produce an outer 'shell' that in itself was a work of art.
The overall effect of looking at a flawless exterior then finding that various parts open to show an incredible interior would be amazing. I wish I could see it in person.
There are no parts that are wrong, everything is perfect and finished.
    Wow.

That was my way of thinking during this build, i thought it looked fantastic as a skeleton and when oldnewby spoke of surrounding it in wood I thought he would ruin the looks of it. But thank god I was wrong and oldnewby showed what a class act he is. Have a look at his next project Na'ir al Saif, this has the potential to be better than CX1.
