    I unlocked mine online when I got hacked.

    Also don't be silly and email them your drivers licence/passport. When they asked me to do that I sent them back a REALLY shitty email, so they just unlocked my account.

    Thats worrying that they would do that just because you had been careless enough to have your account get hacked and then shout at them when they try to protect your data :S

    Get an authenticator all those of you who have been hacked.

    There's a time-out on it. I only have to Authenticate on Starcraft every few days. I have the app on my phone and it only takes a few seconds to enter.

    I know dude, it was actually years ago it happened and I had forgotten... Serves me right still I guess.

    Yeah its free and I'm doing it through Skype with my headpones so its a bit less of a ballache...

    That is what they have asked me to do. The guy asked me to read through the email once I had recieved it and follow the instructions.

    Thing is, in order to follow the instructions (give them my drivers license number amongst other things), I have to log into my battlenet account to reply in the ticket. NOT HELPFUL.

    Back on the phone in another queue. At least I am fed and watered this time!

    Will definitely be picking up the Android app when all this is over...

    With regards to the authenticator for android, for those of you who want it free and don't have an android, you can run the official android OS emulator on your pc and grab it from the play store on there, then you just launch it on your pc without the need for an android phone
