    That trailer was at best unimpressive. I mean it looks like a sci-fi movie from the early 90's or something. The best part was the logo...

    It looks slightly better than I thought it would, I am really hoping they keep gore in it though.

    Looks okay, can't see it getting me too excited, I think Halo should be better as there's a more to base it around- costumes, vehicles etc.

    Firstly.... why were they mapping the human genome on mars? :eyebrow:

    If you go to www.Doommovie.com and read on the Story part it states that a portal has opened up and all HELL has broken Loose. It does not say anywhere that it will be about a virus. Now to the Human Genome thing in the Trailer no help there.

    Mind you it does not say the portal is from HELL it's self, just that the creatures are from un none origins.

    well looks semi decent, at least if you like "lights go off, watch someone else who has a flashlight shoot the crap out of everything" type of movies. apparently they addressed that minor irritation in the movie :p I'll probably see it even though I thought the game sucked.

    also was it just me or does it have both the good (jim street in the movie) and bad (brian something) guys from SWAT in it? can't remember their names, too lazy to find out

    I can't stand games like Doom3 that are just all darkness-how am I meant to appreciate the graphics or know where I'm going?! That's why I find Halo much nicer to play.

    Maybe this will be better if it wasn't based on a game where the whole permise is to shoot stuff and look at the pretty explosions.
