I got on a lot better with my surface 3 on windows 8.1. Windows 10 does some quirky things that I'm getting used to. I tend to avoid tablet mode for now. I think it's a great wee device. It comes into its own when you you buy the detachable keyboard and the pen. Maybe downgrade to 8.1 or do a fresh install of 10 (it might have just been an upgrade install). When I get a chance I think I'll do a fresh install of W10 on my Surface 3.
