Here's the first case I ever did from a few years ago. The entire WC system was done in copper tube and I made the waterblock from an Alpha PAL8045. The case is a pretty much stock PC-60.

And here's my second water cooling job. It's a custom stainless steel tube frame that is actually used as part of the WC system. The left side is used a a distribution manifold and the right side is used as a reservoir. It has the midsize Eheim pump pushing through Dangerden blocks for the CPU, GPU, and chipset. Up top are two Hayden transmission coolers. The two 120mm fans under the coolers are unused, the only fan in the system that runs is in the PSU.

    Big Blue

Been a while, but I'm back, with a now stable w/c setup:

Side view, You can probably spot the res, cpu block, and guess where the pump is, but where's the rad?

Yup, the rad is wedged in the 50mm gap between the top of the case and the top of the power supply.
To pull air thru the rad I've replaced the stock 120mm fan with one of them akasa amber one's and flipped the PSU. Air is drawn down, through the radiator, though the PSU and out of the back. The little platform on stand-off's is to protect the fins of the rad and so I've got somewhere to pile my cd's on ;)

    Specs:
DFI nForce 3 250 mobo (S754 and AGP only unfourtunately)
Athlon64 3700+ cooled by an Aquacomputer Cuplex XT block.
GFX, was a Gainward 6600GT, with a cooler from Aquacomputer, but that broke (apparently the water that ended up on it during the leak test did some damage), so right now it's my old 9600XT, but as soon as the CityLink guy turns up I'll be fitting a 6800 :)

The radiator was supposed to be a BIX, but ended up being an "Alphacool NexXxoS Xtreme" (bloody supplier :( )
The pump is an Eheim 1048.

    Temps:
    Before - (Zalman 7700 Al-Cu)
    Idle ~ 40
    Load ~ 50

    Now -
    Idle ~ 50
    Load ~ 60
    and slightly noisier...
(oh, and yes, I am using duct tape as a fan shroud ;) )
