    The have 4 quad fibre channels into my building serving 100 rooms, so term time it's more like 80ish, but when everyone leaves (xmas and summer) it splits the bandwidth by % of use, so my speed gets ramped up drastically... I'm hoping to max out the gigabit network to my flat this summer... I regularly get 35-50MB/s download speed...
