    Possibly a legit program poorly configured? Maybe trying to connect to a server that just sends handshakes back to it? <curly>ack ack ack ack ack</curly> (sorry, I know that was sad)

    out of curiousity, you don't happen to have Verizon DSL, do you?

    read my last posts, when i block that .exe from starting up using my anti virus, i cannot go to windows update, i get error messades about windows update, and as i have bootlegg copy of windows, i can really complain to them can i?
