    You can't check the history as far as I know.

    You getting up to something sneaky or is it for PR0N use? I guess PR0N counts as something sneaky :)

    Nope, obviously incognito mode is used for looking up presents to buy for Christmas without the recipient finding out beforehand.

    At least, that's what the IE and Chrome ads have informed me it's for.

    Christmas is coming up so I would expect an increased use of Incognito for gifts .

    Then, from December 26th, next Christmas is coming up so Incognito use will still be high, it's a good idea to plan early!

    Incognito mode browsing will not save histories. If you are desperate to find the Browsing then you can use some Inspection Software.

    If he has a google account (gmail) and stays signed in whilst browsing, then that logs activity which you can check up on. Not sure if it works when in private mode though.

    Doesn't matter if you have a 'normal' chrome browser open that you are signed in to gmail on, the incognito window will not save any history. If you sign in to google on the incognito window, it does not save history. Basically, if you want to 'buy some gifts' without being found out, you are safe using an incognito window.
