And by "electric tank", I refer to a tank housing species capable of creating electric shock. Both my banjo cat (very weak) and my elephant nose (noticeably stronger) are electric, and I'm hoping for an electric catfish soon. A full grown in aquarium electric cat can knock you off your feet. In the wild, they grow large enough to kill. There's also a colombian leopard plecostomus, a black skirt tetra and some marbled hatchets in there. They get along well right now, but I'm interested in the mudskipper for the hell of it.

When we move into a bigger place, I'm setting up a venomous tank with stuff like waspfish, stonefish, and some of the more venomous cats. I'm into dangerous pets like that. My last tank was aggressive, centered by a full-grown red-bellied pacu. His name was Venice, and he nearly removed my finger once. I used a magnetic brush to clean his tank after that.

 

My MOST recent purchase was an EK 150 res from Petrastechshop.com, The (personal opinion supported by a number of others from XS.com) best shop for customer support and water cooling kits, parts and advice on the net to date.

Small RES, about the size of a 20-24oz Bottle with 4 ports, comes with 2 barbs and 2 caps. You get this neat cyclone effect with a decent pump.
