I am not sure what to do now I might leave the panels like this without the blank lak. Love how the colour looks now so ...

I think they are there to make the whole sidepanel stronger and to prevent flexing

As much as I cry for Project White getting pillaged and subsequently sold off to make this project possible, I too look forward to the next update. That top res made by Nate is simply a piece of art.

    Thanks man :D
The bars are just for decoration ^^
    thx Peter
The panels are still strong enough with out the bars else it would look a bit boring. :D
    THank U Pascal ^^
Thank U Nutman, But Project white was sold so I could use the money for the bel air mod that is on a hold now.
    Thanks Whyte ^^

    Update

Still a lot of small thing to do before the case will be ready. To make sure that all the cables are next to each other I used some heatshrink that I cut to small pieces of 3 mm. And glued together with this as result.

Next step was to add extra details to the top res. Used the same alu bars as on the sidepanel.

Painted the frame of the case.

    Primer layer

Finished it with light beige color.

Cleaned up the mounting bracket for the mobo tray.

    Installed tray and light switch.

Picture of how it stand now at my place.

The last piece that had to be created was the front panel for the case. Used a old side panel from a antec case as donor part.

Glued the 2 pieces together with 2k

There are still a few thing that need to be made before the case is finished.

    Cya with the next Update.
