No bud, it was a video, but sorted now but have a new problem, on the screen when the apple icon comes on there are a line of colours next to the icon but not there at the choose country page
So on power up you see the language select screen. That is the onboard screen for MacOS. So I think this is back to factory setting.

No idea, sorry. Perhaps bad reflection? Does it appear in other lighting conditions? I agree with you it seems like a problem, I don't think it should be there, should be just black screen with logo.
