hi all.
we complete the fourth leaf from homes and then begin to fix the first tank and begin to assemble the final part of the case.





we finish the drill with the four petals to make them perfectly linear with the other.





second part of the case is over, I can feel very satisfied.

The second tank will be used for cooling the components and will be fixed at the bottom uncovered by the plex so as not to show the structure of aluminum



modding is a very complicated but in the end you will understand everything...

The final part of the case was the most difficult to assemble, its arched shape required several hours of work, but I am satisfied.
now I have to place the aluminum foil, and set everything to the structure.
now I will have to mount the other petals to complete the upper structure.
Then we start with the most difficult of all.

we continue with the assembly of the lotus and the inside ...





these two photos is to let you know how I'm going to do this effect.
single tank, but divided into two parts, one for the cooling of the PC, and the other for the cascade effect.
that's why the plate and drilled inside, I must make it appear that the flowers really float above the water.



I forgot to say that this modding will be completely disassembled,
each part is held together by brackets screwed into various points of the frame, so I can have an easy access to perform operations on the hardware without having to "tear" anything, or simply cleaning.





I also added this image to show you where I'm going to fix the rest of the petals of plex.
six will be the final pieces of the puzzle, and I will not use the color purple, but pink.
this color I find the inside of the case, that the sleeving of the cables.

The final part will be of another color, I chose to shoot in the pink part of the sleeving of the cables.

after folding the plex, the 'I cut and shaped to make it identical to the purple form of the plex, is the result.



at this point is almost clear the shape of the case.

I finally finished the main structure of aluminum.
As I said a few posts ago, this modding can be removed without problems, to avoid having to tear the house if anything happens to any individual piece of the case.
the skeleton was built directly inside of the petals in a plex, so that it can not go wrong measures, we can say is "Sewing" as a dress to the tailor ... so perfect.
As you can see from the pictures, a main skeleton is a single block, it will be anchored at the base, which of the four petals of plex.







the block of allumio has been painted, and already placed within the aluminum frame.
I'm very happy, the pictures do not do it justice, live is a whole other thing ... believe me
I did a decent ass ... abbonatemi the word, but now I see the first results
