Good to see that older cases are still getting some good use. I'm a fan.

The funding for this is coming from an eBay sale of one of my guitars, and seeing as the man who is meant to be paying has disappeared off the face of the earth, the cutting and metal based funsies are on hold until he and my funds resurface.

    Sozzles loyal subjects.

    Whats all this then?

    Why, its hardware...

Nothing that incredible.. a 3570k, Sabertooth Z77, 16Gb, 670 GTX OC, etc.. But more than enough for my needs. The i30 cooler is there because I wanted something more substantial than the stock cooler, it will be replaced in due course.

I just did a very quick build as it'll all have to be ripped apart for watercooling stuffs to be added to the case and more cuts to be made. But most importantly:

The PSU and radiator fit in together pefectly. Phew. I utterly forgot to factor that in when making the cuts in the floor.

    More soon.... Well, maybe.

That's great rig you're building, Mankz. Hardware is just fine!

Love it; spacing was perfect for the rad install, lol. Could've been a lot worse!

Seeing as I was on an e2200, 680i and an 8800 GT, it was a much needed upgrade, plan is for the base until to last 3/4 years again, and just upgrade the GPU every second series or the like.

Also, have to say I can't speak highly enough of the Corsair Gold 650, its an awesome unit. Same quality as my old old old HX520, but fully modular makes it a breeze to install, and I'm not sure the fan in the unit has ever actually had to turn itself on yet bar start up.

I was going to complain about the lack of ladies in the thread, but your avatar gives me a kick every time I see it so you're clear.

Good to see the PSU fits.

LIFE! I hope you or I live long enough to see one of your projects finished.:D E-Bay is not a source of funding, just heartbreak and despair.
-Next time, cut back on wine and women for a few weeks. The money will magically appear in your pocket.

Funding comes from the fact I've now been paid.
Things are only slow now because I'm spending most of my time trying to find a new place to move to.

As for cutting down, I hope Mr Postman will bring me oodles of things this week and we can make a proper move on, as I have ambitions to get this into the Coolermaster Mod thang, only to be disqualified for some reason.
